The construction contract runs for 6 months per location with component deliveries staggered 3 months to allow specialized assembly teams time to complete work on one site before moving to the next. Total duration of the contract is 12 months including a 3 month float for contingencies, weather and the logistics challenges in working in remote areas. Why

NEXT >The existing surf market is demanding quality accommodation for 2 single surfers per room and the bed combination offers both single guests privacy without the costs inherent in a two bedroom building. The market will move towards couples and children over time and we have designed with both markets in mind. The day beds and extra wardrobe are ideal for either a second single guest or for up to 2 children. There is a separate door into the bathroom for each living/sleeping area. Our market research shows a strong preference for twin share singles or couples and this will translate into a better return on your investment. Can I customize my villa or add bedrooms? Villas can be built using 2 layouts and 3 themes. Buyers who sign up early will be offered a full range of choices. Villas built prior to final sale and furnished can not be changed and buyers will be advised as to the options available. Owners can choose from 3 distinct and timeless interior themes at no extra cost. Owners may submit memorabilia for display in their villa as described in naming rights, terms and conditions. How large is the property? Each location is quite different in land form and character but a minimum of 1 Ha of landscaped gardens will be allocated to the villa enclave and public facilities. Additional land surrounding the development is owned by the management company to ensure privacy and security are never compromised. Can I store my private water-sports equipment in my villa secured for my own use? Yes, each villa complex will have a large lock up store for the owners private equipment.
