• HOLLOW TREE LODGE -  HTs and Lances Left on the Southern tip of Sipura Island are considered by most veteran Mentawai surfers to be the best right/left combination in the tropics. Prevailing winds usually make Lances off shore till noon and then HTs  off shore till dusk . Lances bay boasts a superb white sand beach and endless beach breaks for surf over sand. HTs lagoon is enclosed by a natural sand amphitheater adjacent miles of coral reef ideal for snorkeling or scuba. A cycle track will link both surf breaks and the beach. HTs is only 30 minutes from Rokot airport by fast boat and the Regional Government have announced plans to build  a road around the entire island next year.

• NYANG NYANG POINT - E-Bay on Nyang Nyang Island was christened "paradise point" by Jack McCoy . The villa site is elevated 50m above E-Bay lefts and Pit-stop rights with some villas on the hill top and others at beach level..... you choose sweeping views or easy access to the blue hole swimming beach adjacent Pit-stops Right.  A cycle track will cross the island to Nippussi and BankVault rights.  45 minutes from Rokot airport and only 15 minutes from Siberut Island with its unique culture and wildlife.

•  CORAL SANDS ISLAND -  10 Ha Pitojat island is a picture perfect tropical dream retreat.  Scarecrows is one of the most consistent lefts in the Mentawais and Ariks, Telescopes, Iceland, Kantrels and several other class breaks lie within a 15 minute speed boat ride. Only 30 minutes from Rokot airport by fast boat and the Regional Government has announced plans to build a road that will lead to the head of  the bay.
