- Villas
are all equal in quality and fit-out but all owners
qualify for naming rights.
- Owners
memorabilia can be submitted to the management for use inside the villas.
(Subject to approval)
- Villas
will be allocated to buyers on payment of a non-refundable deposit
but owners may also book villas in any on the other Mentawai Sanctuary
resorts on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Owners
are free to choose a fixed price rotating buffet or a-la-carte F&B
package for the duration of their stay.
- Owners
are free to choose public transport or resort boats for airport / mainland
transfers at prevailing rates.
- Owners
qualify for 30 consecutive days or 42 cumulative days free use of their
villa each year.
- Owners
are free to use their villas for 30 additional days at 50% of the published
rack rate.
- Owners
qualify for a discretionary discount on additional villa rental, F&B,
optional excursions and services. The year one discount is set at 20%.
