FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS have been prepared based on conservative current occupancy levels and at room rates currently being achieved on mid to top
end boats operating in Mentawai.

MAINTENANCE FEES are based on industry standards for quality resorts in the region.

VARIABLE SERVICE COSTS are based on an all inclusive rack rate that provides for 3 meals per day, transfers to airport or ferry terminal and air-port pickups.
Ferry or flight costs will be extra based on prevailing rates.

REVENUE & OCCUPANCY RATES are based on the net revenue after tax, service charges, commissions and other services charges that may be included in the
published rates are deducted.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONTRIBUTION is paid to Island Aid a non-profit organization established to implement community projects such as clinics,
clean water infrastructure, health education, sustainable forest and ocean enterprises and internet access for children.

Villa owners contributions will be matched dollar for dollar by the management company.

Community Project oversight will be provided by Island Aid's advisory board. Guests and Owners will be invited to participate hands on in community projects and
work alongside Mentawai villagers. We ask only that those who come to teach also come to learn about this amazing culture.
