We have guest chefs rotating through the resort bringing new menus and dishes to the table every week. If you feel you have the qualifications to fit in with our program please contact us. The role of guest chef is not paid other than in surf time. Our current guest chef is Taj Tucker, ex Sheraton Hotel sushi and sauce chef. |
Restaurant
The beach side patio extends your dining experience to the ocean’s edge with an unrestricted view of the beach and break. The restaurant head chef creates a eclectic menu to serve guest extraordinary tastes from around the globe. Fresh local seafood is prepared blending exotic flavors of cuisine from many parts of SE Asia. The dinning room is setup for more formal meals and it remains cool and breezy throughout the day.

Bar Relax during the day or night as Resort Bar serves up tropical drinks and beer. The restaurant and bar area is about bringing people together to laugh and smile during the day or night making their stay even more enjoyable. You never know the new friends you will make by having drinks and talking about your day in the surf/sand or enjoying the sunset on the evening sky as HTs continues pump wave after wave into the night.
